1. First Aid Training:
First Aid Training
First aid is a crucial initial response to any illness or injury, and its primary objectives are to preserve life, prevent further harm, and promote recovery. It's a fundamental step in emergency care that aims to stabilize a person's condition and provide immediate assistance until professional medical help arrives.
The three key objectives of first aid—preserving life, preventing further harm, and promoting recovery—highlight the importance of swift and appropriate actions to enhance the injured or ill person's chances of survival and recovery. Additionally, understanding that first aid is not a replacement for professional medical treatment is crucial; it's an initial response meant to bridge the gap between an incident and the arrival of medical professionals.
With the above objectives, Institute of Fire and Safety Engineering (IFSE), Haldia, is going to organize a One Day First Aid Training in Association with St. John Ambulance India, Brigade Wing, Kharagpur Division at the Institute Campus. The Participation Certificate will be issued by the St. John Ambulance India.
